Live event drone coverage in Dubai
Live events leave no room for a casual flight plan. We build aerial and FPV coverage around the running order, crowd conditions, venue rules, broadcast needs and the moments that cannot be repeated.

Designed around the live moment
A concert, stadium, launch or corporate show needs timing that respects the programme. We identify the hero moments, camera positions, flight corridors and communication structure in advance so the unit can work decisively when the window opens.
When live feeds are required, the signal path and receiving position are agreed with the technical team before the event. The drone is one camera position in a larger live system, not a separate experiment.
Crowd safety and venue coordination
Every event operation is assessed for its own risk profile. The plan may include protected aircraft, spectator separation, spotters, rehearsals, hold points and clearly defined no-fly areas. Permissions and operating limitations are confirmed with the venue and relevant authorities.
That approach lets production use the aerial perspective without sacrificing the show, the audience experience or the crew’s working rhythm.
Indoor FPV drone coverage
Bring the audience into a conference, exhibition, ballroom or product launch with a small indoor FPV drone. Compact Cinewhoops with guarded propellers can capture a planned venue reveal or move through a controlled route between event spaces. We coordinate with the organiser, venue and camera team, rehearse where possible, and agree guest separation, spotters and stop points before flying. Aircraft size and propeller guards are part of the safety plan, alongside site-specific permissions and operating limits.

Frequently asked questions
Can FPV be used at a live event?
It can be used when the venue, approvals and safety plan support the flight. The aircraft and route are selected around proximity, audience conditions and the required shot.
Can you supply a live feed from the drone?
Where the technical setup and location permit it, we can plan a live video path with the production or broadcast team. Requirements are confirmed during pre-production.
What information do you need first?
Venue, date, running order, audience layout, target shots, other cameras and whether the output is recorded, live or both.
